What does this MR do?

Clicking the instance ticker now properly opens posts from Mastodon, GTS, etc. (softwares that include url in the note data)
Instance ticker in detailed note view can now be clicked to open the note on the remote instance (as with any other Sharkey instance ticker)
Shows the external site warning when opening a note on the remote instance (e.g. via instance ticker, note menu, or MkRemoteCaution)
Moves showOnRemote() into a utility script

Closes #1206 (closed).
