What does this PR do? (Please give us a brief description of what this PR does.)

Cherry-picks a commit from Cherrypick which cherry-picked a commit from type4ny which adds note scheduling.

We have #94 (closed) open where kakkokari submitted some to-do's that the original upstream PR had left.

From those to-dos this commit already includes the role (setting max schedule notes to 0 disables it)

The only left-over things are:

Number 2: shouldn't really be an issue/possible afaik from my testing

NOTE: button class in MkNoteSimple has --margin which could possibly change to --MI-margin in the 2024.11 MR I will not rebase this branch again so It would be good to have this merged before the 2024.11 MR
