What does this MR do?

This essentially fixes #928 (closed) by replacing @napi-rs/canvas with canvas for identicon generation (proof that it still works is attached) as well as fixes an issue where RoleService.name would cause it to crash on boot on FreeBSD while RoleService works fine (this breaks nothing)

I also added nodemon to frontend-shared cause I noticed it was missing there even though it uses nodemon during script execution.
