feat: OpenID Connect/LDAP/SAML integrations

    Summary

    Right now, the only thing keeping me from migrating my instance software from Mastodon to Sharkey is the lack of support for things like OpenID Connect, LDAP, or even SAML.

    Purpose

    This would help instances of all sizes integrate Sharkey into their existing IAM systems. Some example users would be family instances, instances running on an intranet, etc.

        I work on Misskey's sister project, Dolphin, and Syuilo said they don't have plans to do it soon. I'm working on adding it on there, and I want to contribute it here as well. That's why I opened it.

        we personally don't consider working on this, but if someone is willing to work on this and actively maintain it in sharkey be my guest
