feat: open notes in window via shortcut

Summary
Currently right-clicking or shift-clicking on text of a post in a feed will not allow you to open the post in a new in-page window.
Purpose
This was the way it behaved on Firefish, and is a lot more consistent with how the rest of the interface works.
Everything that would normally navigate somewhere else opens a window if shift is held while it's clicked on, but post bodies just ignore it entirely, while clicking normally on them triggers navigation.
Opening posts by clicking on the timestamp with shift held down works, but the vast majority don't know that, and it's really not user friendly.

The reason right click brings up the note menu is for mobile users so they can just hold down for a few seconds on a note to pull it up instead of tapping all over the place.
adding the ability to shift click is also extremely hard with the way misskey handles keyboard shortcuts throughout the entire codebase of the frontend.

can't we just do the same logic the timestamp does and make it apply to the post body since shift click opens in new tab with the timestamp?
