search widget fails badly when "note search" is disabled

    💡 Summary

    searching from the search widget, as a user not allowed to search notes, is confusing

    🥰 Expected Behavior

    either:

    • the user can't add the widget
    • or using the widget should produce an explanatory message

    🤬 Actual Behavior

    📝 Steps to Reproduce

    1. disable note search
    2. add the search widget
    3. type something, press enter
