feat: recommended timeline

    Summary

    In similar forks of misskey (firefish, and I believe iceshrimp) there was a timeline feature where the instance admin could recommend other servers to browse posts on and it would appear as "Recommended" along the top icons with the other timelines. Servers to display were specified in a section of the control panel, one per line.

    Purpose

    I found this feature very useful when getting started as it was a source of posts to view and could find new users to follow.

        this already exists, its called the bubble timeline and can be enabled in roles and then instances can be added in the moderation tab
