feat: Remote Follow Button

    Summary

    I suggested this in the Discord but figured I should make an account and post it here so it can be tracked.

    What I'm proposing is a button that appears on Sharkey profiles when the person viewing the profile is not signed in on the instance. This button, when clicked or hovered, pops up a modal which allows the user to fill in their username and instance. Once completed, the button behaves like AP Follow. Here's an example to show what would happen when hovering on this button for my instance's information profile.

    AP Follow is on GitHub so it'd make a great starting point for implementing this feature.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this feature request is to make it easier for Fediverse users from remote instances to follow users on Sharkey. As the vast majority of Fediverse users are on Mastodon, a feature like this encourages interaction cross-instance/software.
