"Important Notes" at Registration missing

What happened?

When a new user is on the Sign Up page, they must agree to the Important Notes section. Clicking on it gives an error. I see no way to change, or remove this feature. So they can not see the Notes, and must agree to what they can not see in order to Continue Sign up. Can it be removed?

ok, thanks. I've had two people complain as they are asked to agree to something they can't see. I've no idea what it is either!

Ok. I cover this in my own Terms. Shame it can't be removed. Hopefully a fix soon
