Add to antenna | Include in home

Greetings!

I am currently a mastodon admin and have been for some time. I have been looking for a forkey software to switch to and shoutout to @NumbersCanBeFun giving me awareness, and a nice introduction to sharkey. There are things I do not like about mastodon, but some that I do like that misskey lacks. One of those features is the simplicity of following hashtags as if they were topics. I believe its a far more intuitive approach than antennas, but understand Sharkey is not mastodon and antennas is how this is handled. I was giving it some thought, and think there might be an approach that could be the best of both worlds

What feature would you like implemented?

I would like to petition two features that work hand in hand

1 - When clicking on a hashtag, you have the ability to post to this hashtag, but if you want to follow the content, there is no intuitive action to perform that task, a user has to fully understand antennas, and go manually create one. A button (perhaps at the top right?) that allows to "add to antenna" and drops down a list of your antennas as well as the ability to create one would significantly improve the experience of curating content

2- The option to include an antenna in the home feed. As mentioned, those of us looking to migrate from mastodon are used to our home feeds not only being people, but topics we care about. It would be awesome if we were able to designate which antennas to include in our home feeds and which to keep separate. This would actually make it more powerful than mastodon in my opinion, as some topics I follow there I WOULD like to keep separate, butt not all for sure.

Why should we add this feature? (Please give us a brief description of why your feature is important.)

When I first started looking into forkeys, the number 1 thing I was confused by was antennas. What are they, how do I follow topics on misskey forks, how can I include those topics in my home feed.

This suggestion aims to improve the simplicity of creating antennas, and curating home feeds to be more of what we care about/love.

Another Idea from a friend of mine as well

I was pitching this to them and they said it would also be useful to be able to quick add a hashtag to an antenna in the right click context menu as well!

This way we can do that without having to click the hashtag, but still can if you want to see the content before adding to antenna

we already have "add to antenna" for users, we could copy that for hashtags

slight complication: if you add #foo to an antenna, ma#foobar would also match. We would need to add something like /(^|[^a-z0-9])#foo\b/mi

I would suggest considering this issue as 2 separate ones:

• "add to antenna" from the right-click menu on hashtags (good for beginners)
• allow including the notes matching an antenna into the home timeline (mid-level)
