Option to default replies to Home visibility

An option to default the visibility of replies to "Home" (unless the replied-to post has a stricter visibility set).
Why should we add this feature? (Please give us a brief description of why your feature is important.)
It reduces clutter, and is already implemented in other Fediverse software, such as Mastodon glitch-soc.
