the "missing alt text" warning appears for attachments that are not media

I attached a ZIP file to a post and hit send. A popup appeared asking if I wanted to add alt text.

What did you expect to happen? (Please give us a brief description of what you expected to happen.)

I expected there to be no warning, since the attachment is not an image, video, or other media.

notice that, since attachments come from drive, we should always have their MIME type, so it's enough to change the "are there any attachments" check to "are there any attachments of type /^(image|video|audio)\//i
