Markdown links can appear as regular links. Possible to abuse

hides the preview of my github and also makes it look like a plain google link. This can be a problem because you wont know you arent going to google until you click on it. On PC you can see in the corner where it leads but most people dont think to check there especially if it seems to be a normal link. On mobile you dont even have this. You might be able to hold click on it and see the url but most people just click and open. This is an issue because an innocent looking link could lead somewhere malicious.
What I suggest we do is if the markdown title appears to be any sort of link we put a little warning next to it somehow. We could also make it say "are you sure you want to go to [link]" when they click on it
