Federation issues with BridgyFed (replies)

What happened?

Replies from BridgyFed isn't federating properly with Sharkey (More info here: https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/issues/1570#issuecomment-2510257671)

What did you expect to happen?

Replies are federated like usual
