Draft note list

A note: If this already exists it would be nice to have some better UI for it, for findability

What feature would you like implemented?

I'd like to have draft notes be put into a list for future editing / posting

Why should we add this feature?

It would be useful for users who wish to draft up posts over time rather than having to write it all at once (or only have 1 active draft) It would also be nice to have this sync through the backend for a mobile <-> PC flow
