Use Fetch API instead of `node-fetch`

Dakkar and I discussed replacing usage of node-fetch with the Fetch API which is available in Node.js since v18 (discord).

IIRC, node-fetch has one feature that's missing from fetch, and we use it. However, it would be fairly simple to re-implement it ourselves.

What is this missing feature?
