see manual save search engine "custom url" - fixes ... (!856 - merged) for the changes needed

• look at all MkInput
• check if their v-model is watched by a function that calls the api
• if so, make it :manualSave="true"

alternative: :debounce="true"

a lot of inputs on Misskey depend on no actual save button so using debounce would probably make it easier to handle.

In the user registration screen, the username is validated by repeated requests to the "username/available" endpoint. I am assuming this is related to the rest of the issues.
