Disable "Blocking you" tag on profiles

I notice that when I open a profile, sometimes it'll tell me that someone is blocking me. I'm the admin of my own instance and as far as I can tell this is something that is shown to users with moderator permissions. I understand the use of it for actual moderators, but in my case and most likely others, it messes with my mental health to just randomly go to a profile and see someone randomly blocking you.

I'd like to see this option as a possible toggle that can be disabled or enabled.

thank you for the suggestion! I've linked Administrative View/Mode (#924) as it asks for a similar (although bigger) feature.

my current suggestion is:

• do not use the first account you create for normal browsing (among other things, you can't easily migrate it out)
• do not use an admin/moderator account for normal browsing

(this is the same sort of "minimal privilege" hygene that suggests you don't use the root account for normal operations on a unix system)
