Advertisements for certain roles

    What feature would you like implemented?

    I would like to have the ability to make advertisements that only show up for certain roles.

    Why should we add this feature?

    Say that my instance has a sprout role, for new users who just registered and who may be unfamiliar with sharkey and its features. Say I want to make advertisements that are essentially little tool tips like "Did you know, sharkey supports avatar decorations. Go to settings -> profile -> decorations to apply some!". Right now without the ability to lock advertisements into being seen only by certain roles that would apply to everyone on the instance.
