Increase options for number of poll options

What feature would you like implemented?

Users should be able to add more options to polls, or make a poll with one option

Why should we add this feature?

Other instance software is able to create polls with more than 10 options, or with only 1 option, and it (at least appears to) function perfectly fine with Sharkey. It would be nice to have some of these restrictions removed so that Sharkey can also make similar posts.

Side note: some instance software seems to be able to do polls with zero options. While it would be funny to be able to do that with Sharkey I don't think it's all that important of a feature to have

looks like there's also a character limit of 150 per option? i wonder if it's possible for that to be increased too

both limits could easily be converted to role values
