point default repo/feedback URLs to our repos #414

What does this PR do?

I'm pretty sure that no instance out there has the right repo / feedback URLs (ok, maybe the ones that @Amelia set up have them right…)

This makes sure all new instances point here.

It will update the meta table of instances that have the old defaults (misskey, sharkey github, sharkey forgejo). It will not touch values that differ from those defaults, so custom URLs stay as they are.
