Add fail safe for sponsors endpoint in case of not being able to connect

fix/sponsors500 into develop

What does this PR do?

This fixes the issue caused by the server for sponsors going down where About Sharkey wouldn't load anymore.

It also adds a check for if there are any sponsors and if there aren't it will no longer show the section.

Closes #428 (closed)
