What does this PR do?

We have enough "little fixes" in develop that we should really release. In particular, the tmp version bump: stable can't run any import, or generate video thumbnails, because of that.

Also:

  • modplayer on-demand (faster page loads when it's not used)
  • ranged response (should fix more video playback issues on Mac/iOS)
  • CWs are respected in embedded previews
