Send default reactions as Like activities to Iceshrimp.NET instances

What does this PR do? (Please give us a brief description of what this PR does.)

Just like Pleroma/Akkoma and Mastodon-with-reactions, Iceshrimp's .NET rewrite separates likes and reactions. This extends the existing terrible hack^W^W compatibility list to account for that.
