chore: Remove esm from about page

What does this PR do? (Please give us a brief description of what this PR does.) This removes me as a contributor from the Sharkey about page. I have not actively been involved with the project for most of the time I was listed as a contributor, and due to my personal feelings about the project (alongside feeling somewhat intimidated by the rest of the team) and seeing as I've had more matters to deal with (including large projects of my own), I have decided to resign officially. There is a chance that I may submit fixes in the future (and my personal LLL branch will continue to be updated on a best-effort basis), but I'd rather not have my name listed on a project that I have not contributed much to.

This decision was made mostly for personal reasons, not because of any drama or ill will towards anybody. I wish you all the best.
