feat: Allow users to view pending follow requests they sent

What does this PR do? (Please give us a brief description of what this PR does.)

This commit implements the following/requests/sent endpoint firstly implemented on Firefish, and provides a UI interface to view the pending follow requests users sent.

• Navbar item for Follow Request page will be always presented in order to make it easier to cancel follow requests created by various consequences
• Tab texts and icons are changed
