Data driven about page sections (and add me as a contributor!)

What does this MR do?

This MR:

• Refactors the about page to use a JSON-driven format for the different about page sections that list contributors/testers/misskey contributors.
• Unifies the aforementioned JSON-driven system with the system for the contributors list.
• Adds me to the Sharkey contributor list
• Sorts the Sharkey contributor list randomly (and alphabetically in the JSON)
• Updates Hazel's information
• Updates the Mi contributor list
• Makes strings localizable
• Makes most profile picture sizes consistent so some don't load way more data than others
