enhance: Update de-DE.yml

What does this MR do?

Updated de-DE.yml, improved some translations and fixed a wrong translation. Strings that have already been adopted by Misskey have been excluded. A few entries that were outdated or that I could not identify in the UI were not translated due to missing context.
