feat: Hide bot from trending, Hide bot from timeline via client option and Silence Users

This PR allows instance admins to hide bots from trending which also stops them from populating the trending/hashtags as well as letting them Silence users making it so that a users posts won't show unless they are being followed.

It also lets users change a client option in General that hides bots on their timeline if they so desire to want to hide them.
