try to fix #118 

when fetching notes from Redis, we need to re-check the criteria from
the API request, because `userTimelineWithFiles`,
`userTimelineWithReplies`, `userTimelineWithChannel` all get merged
together, so `noteIds` may well contain notes without attachments…
