merge from misskey: preparing for release 2024.5.0

What does this PR do?

• misskey fixed the json-ld problem in a slightly different way than we did, so I replaced my code with theirs
• some webauthn fixes, it might even work fine on firefox now
• #270 (closed) should be fixed (look at MkNotification.vue)
• "remember note visibility" now includes localOnly
• some factoring of the "instance menu"
